HealthFirst is a Maryland-based non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the capacity of underserved healthcare providers in Ethiopia. We work with government agencies, civic organizations, and local partners to improve access to quality medical care by facilitating donations of U.S.-made medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and supplies.

To improve the health of underserved communities in Ethiopia by advancing access to basic healthcare services, and by equipping healthcare providers with reliable pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and medical supplies that strengthen their capacity to deliver quality care.

To reduce the personal, social, and economic harms caused by lack of access to quality healthcare services.
